CANCELLATION 

If the order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. Please confirm your order before placing it.

If your order has not been shipped yet and you wish to modify the size or color, feel free to send an email to info@jistudioau.com.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

2.1 DELIVERY

We do accept exchanges or credit notes for products purchasing online within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided they have not been worn, damaged or washed and are accompanied by the original receipt, packaging and tags.

- Due to our nature as buyers, we regret to inform you that for all products sold, we only accept returns in the form of store creditsOf course you can always return and get a full refund for damaged or faulty goods.

- Items that are damaged, worn, soiled, altered, or anything Ji Studio reasonably believes has been used will not be accepted - in such instances the terms will be sent back to you. Ji Studio reserves the right to determine genuine defects in the clothing.

- Customers will need to cover the postal costs for any returns or exchanges.

- Ji Studio will not be responsible for any item failed to be collected over 30 days.

2.2 IN-STORE PICKUP

For items purchased online and collected in store, we also accept an exchange or a credit note within 7 days of the purchase.

2.3 DISCOUNTED OR CLEARANCE ITEMS

Items marked as discounted or clearance are not eligible for exchanges or returns, unless the product itself is defective.

 

PRE-ORDER PURCHASE

For pre-order items made in store, we do accept an exchange or a credit note within 7 days receiving them in store. If the item was not collected with 7 days, we cannot offer an exchange or a credit note for it. 

- All pre-order items must be paid in full price.

- For pre-order items made online, please kindly refer to our online purchase policy above.

- Pre-orders for customized products and special orders (special sizes XS/L, special styles that we are not showcasing in store) are not subject to refund or exchange.

 

ORDER WITH STORE CREDITS

- Store points do not have an expiration date.

- Using store points for shopping (whether partially or in full) does not qualify for any return or exchange conditions, and can only be exchanged for a different size once.
