Ji Studio is a living fashion retailer.

The Chinese character '集', pronounced as 'JI', has two meanings. One is 'collection', and the other is 'market'.

Our first store was opened 7 years ago in Australia, located in Sydney CBD. Over the years, JI evolved from a set of simple ideas into one of the most well recognised fashion retailer, spanning three stores across Australia and China, with our Melbourne store opened in 2021 on iconic Elizabeth Street, in the centre of over 100 local and international designer brands.

Supported by a diverse and united community of customers, staff and brand partners, JI works with more than 150 emerging and established designers in the world. Our goal is to build an innovative and immersive space to reflect Asian heritage in contrast to the western upbringing.

JI aims to offer a unique insight aesthetic through the selections of brands while always maintaining a sense of fun. We attempt to represent sophisticated, romantic and feminine beings of women, reframing ideas of beauty, and encourage everyone to 'dress it like you mean it', celebrating authenticity and individuality.
